Digital Product License Agreement

Effective Date: MAY 08, 2026

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from our website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Ownership of the digital product is not transferred to you. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the copyright owner.

2. Personal Use Only

Your purchase permits you to:

• Download the purchased files for your personal use.
• Store the files on your personal devices.
• Print the files for your own personal use, where applicable.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use any product for business or commercial purposes.
• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease any product.
• Share, email, or distribute the files to others.
• Upload the files to websites, cloud storage, social media, or file-sharing platforms for others to access.
• Modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works for distribution.
• Include the products in memberships, courses, templates, bundles, or giveaways.
• Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices.
• Claim the products or any portion of them as your own work.

4. Intellectual Property

All products, designs, graphics, text, layouts, logos, branding, and related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of any digital product.

5. Termination

Violation of this agreement automatically terminates your license. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the purchased files.

6. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this License Agreement.
